The Set Up
If you intend to use the JamMan live the optional FSX footswitch is essential. For my gigs I run the acoustic guitar and mike through the JamMan to the PA or Acoustic amp depending on the size of the gig. I have it set up with about 40 of the 99 settings used. None of these are recorded with the JamMan, each are engineered on a PC and ported to the JamMan via the USB which is very simple to use.
Tip: I use loop numbers 1-20 and 99-80. I use No.1 as my starting point and work up or down as required through the presets.
I have loaded my JamMan with some backing tracks, songs constructed with loops and many comic theme tunes such a James Bond or Benny Hill.
I have made a pedal board to keep it neat and easy to transport.
My set list of presets is as follows:
|
1. Cheering |
99. Booing and Jeering |
